MONDAY RESET: Your MPGA+ Game Plan
This Week’s Focus: Awareness Before Adjustment. Before we fix anything, we notice it. This week is about becoming aware of your thoughts, emotions, and reactions—without judging them. What to Do This Week: 1. Do: Pause once per round or practice and name what you’re feeling (one word). MPGA+ members visit CLASSROOM - and go to NEUTRAL ZONE. Inside this class - watch the first video Power of the Pause. 2. Notice: When emotions show up, most often after mistakes or before important shots. 3. Reflect: What patterns are starting to reveal themselves? 4. Today: I caught myself…
Today I caught myself telling my daughter “not to spill her food on your shirt while she ate.” And guess what happened? You guessed it. She spilled on her shirt. Instantly, I reacted. I told her, “How could you do that?! I just told you not to do it!” And then, I was reminded of this video and my own advice I share to my students in MPGA. Challenge
Here at MPGA we want to encourage you in all areas of your life!! This week the challenge is to PAUSE when you see the word Peace or Still or if you feel peace about something. We want you to pause and either pray or take a moment to be still. In that moment you could also say something you are grateful for.
