MPGA+ Mental Performance Class is happening in 8 days
Fearless Fellowship going LIVE tonight at 8:00pm (ET).
https://us02web.zoom.us/j/86721769213?pwd=VsmYM8tFAyavcrE79aPz49enWNE6eK.1 At MPGA, we believe performance grows best in community, not isolation. That’s why—regardless of belief or background—we intentionally create space for conversation, reflection, and connection. Twice each month (on the 1st & 3rd Monday at 8:00pm ET), MPGA Fellowship brings our community together, led by LPGA Tour veteran Cydney Clanton and Dr. Mat Park. Each gathering centers on a Word of the Month, blending stories from the Bible with real experiences from golf, school, pressure, and everyday life. This isn’t about having it all figured out—it’s about asking better questions together. Tonight’s word: FEAR What do we do when fear shows up before a big moment—and how does faith (of any kind) help us respond instead of retreat? All are welcome. All are invited. 📍 Tonight | 8:00pm ET Come as you are. Bring your questions.

I'll be the first to admit...
Team, I have a confession. I told myself after the MPGA Fellowship with @Cydney Clanton that I was going to do the 3 Good Things Challenge and keep a daily record of writing out 3 good things that happened each day (at the end of the day). I started off strong the first day... but then... I completely forgot to do it last night. I will be the first to admit, that sometimes life gets in the way and we forget. This morning, I was reading the Word and the phrase OBEDIENCE came up. I realized that this is a new habit and I have not yet made my habits stick. One mental trick I learned from habit building is this... "don't skip twice." What this means is that we will all mess up or make mistakes or forget... that's normal. But stay disciplined and obedient to not skip TWO DAYS IN A ROW. This is something I can control once I become aware of missing a day. I saw this video of Paige Bueckers being interviewed about NBA superstar Kyrie Irving the moment he tore his ACL. In that moment of a game defining moment... he "thanked God." Start the video at 22:14 to watch the clip. Stay in gratitude. It's the mindset of champions.
Practicing Gratitude
Last night, we got to finish our talk on Gratitude!! At the end we challenged everyone to set an alarm for anytime of the day and pause for 1 minute and be in a state of gratitude. Whether that is writhing things you are grateful for or stopping to pray. Even if you wanted to text a friend or family member to tell them you are grateful for them. We have to people that practice and make a conscious effort to be grateful. Please join us once a day for just 1 minute to practice gratitude!
