Challenge
Here at MPGA we want to encourage you in all areas of your life!! This week the challenge is to PAUSE when you see the word Peace or Still or if you feel peace about something. We want you to pause and either pray or take a moment to be still. In that moment you could also say something you are grateful for. I dare you to be bold and post something you are grateful for on our community this week!! Let’s see how many post we can get!!

Practicing Gratitude
Last night, we got to finish our talk on Gratitude!! At the end we challenged everyone to set an alarm for anytime of the day and pause for 1 minute and be in a state of gratitude. Whether that is writhing things you are grateful for or stopping to pray. Even if you wanted to text a friend or family member to tell them you are grateful for them. We have to people that practice and make a conscious effort to be grateful. Please join us once a day for just 1 minute to practice gratitude!
Challenge
Fellowship Challenge— each night write down 3 good things from the day or 3 things you are thankful for or grateful for each day! I hope you will join us in the Challenge!!
