15 Minute Freestyle Work
As teased yesterday, here is the short video of how we go about working with our athletes on technique. & her brother Jovan were today's swimmers here in Skopje! Obviously, Sofia signed with a D1 program in the USA so we have talked about her fly quite often! I really want to get her freestyle going prior to her going off to San Antonio!
