Hello Everyone!! I’m really grateful you’re here! 🩵 I created this space because having like minded people around me changed my life. Along my own journey, I’ve learned so much through breathwork, mindset shifts, healing, conversations, and being around people who were willing to grow, question things, and become more of who they truly are. I wanted one place where we could come together, learn, support each other, and just be real! This community is here to help you reconnect with yourself through the breath, awareness, growth, and honest conversation. There’s no pressure to be perfect here. Just come as you are! 🦚 🌿 Inside this community you’ll find: • Weekly Sunday morning live breath meditations with replays! • Different breathing techniques and practices • Guidance, tools, and teachings that have helped me on my own journey (check that out in the classroom section!) • Future courses and deeper content as this grows • A space to connect with others who are also awakening and evolving The Sunday Breath Meditations are simple 20-30 minute sessions to help you slow down, reconnect, calm the mind, and build a stronger relationship with your breath and yourself. Return to your heart when you need guidance 🩵
When your mind is loud, your heart is usually quieter, but it’s steady and honest. There’s real science behind slowing your breath and bringing awareness to your heart. It helps regulate your nervous system, creates more balance in your body, and makes it easier to hear what’s actually true for you. This is a simple practice I use when I feel stuck or unsure. Breathe in for 4 Breathe out for 6 Keep your attention on your heart Then gently ask: What do you need from me right now? What do you want me to know right now? What feels like the right next step? Don’t force an answer. Just listen. And when you’re done, take a moment to say thank you.Thank you, thank you, thank you. Your heart won’t always be loud, but it will be real.

My Guided Journal is on Amazon!! ✍️
A while back I created a guided journal called “Coming Back to Yourself,” and I finally made it available on Amazon for anyone who wants a physical copy to write in and keep with them daily. The PDF version is already here inside the skool if you want to explore it first and see if it resonates with you. ✍️🩵 This journal is really a reflection of everything that helped me along my own journey. The prompts are meant to help you slow down, reflect deeply, become aware of your patterns, reconnect with yourself, and start questioning the conditioning, noise, and beliefs that may not actually be yours. This isn’t about being perfect or writing the right thing. It’s about getting honest with yourself and creating space to hear your own voice again underneath everything else. Today’s New Moon breath meditation was a reminder that sometimes the most powerful thing we can do is slow down. Together, we softened our breath, connected with our bodies, and created space to listen. Instead of focusing on what we want to release, we focused on what we are ready to receive. Peace. Trust. Love. Clarity. Abundance. Connection. When we slow down and learn to feel safe within ourselves again, we stop forcing and start allowing. We begin to trust our bodies, trust our intuition, and trust the path unfolding before us. Take a moment today to breathe a little slower, place your hand on your heart, and ask yourself: What am I ready to receive?

Missed the live Zoom this morning? I recorded the breathwork meditation so you can still experience it. Hopefully it recorded well so that you’re able to hear it. Take this at your own pace. Find a quiet space, get comfortable, and give yourself this time. I’ll be posting these in here so you always have access, whether you can make it live or not. Also, I want to make this work for you. If Sundays at this time don’t fit your schedule, let me know what does. Morning or evening, I’m open to adjusting so more of you can join live.
