Let it carry you through the day, into the weekend, and into everything you do. Be kind to yourselves. Stay present. Don’t stress about anything outside of this moment. Just popping in with a quick reminder about one of my favorite nervous system resets: Box Breathing. 🫁✨ What it is: Box Breathing is a simple technique where you breathe in for 4… hold for 4… exhale for 4… hold for 4. Think of it like drawing the sides of a square with your breath. Slow… steady… grounding. Best times to use it: - When your mind won’t stop spiraling - Right before a difficult conversation - After feeling triggered or overwhelmed - To fall asleep faster - When anxiety pops up out of nowhere - Mid-day reset to come back into your body Even 60 seconds of this can shift your whole energy. Hey everyone! Just a reminder that tomorrow is our first coaching Q&A call from 6:30–7:30 p.m. ✨ For this one, we’re going to talk about movement. Why moving your body even in the simplest ways can shift your energy, support your health, boost your mood, and help you stay in flow throughout the day. I’ll be on my yoga mat showing you some of my favorite daily movements: light stretching, tapping, shaking things out, opening the heart, and a few easy techniques you can use anytime you need to reconnect or reset.
