A Simple Breath Practice to Release What You’re Carrying
In this video, I guide you through a short breath practice to help you become aware of something you may be carrying in your body without realizing it. We place one hand on the heart and one on the belly and use the breath to slow the nervous system and bring awareness inward. As you breathe, I invite you to ask yourself a simple question: What am I carrying today that isn’t serving me? There’s no need to think your way to an answer. Let the breath create space and allow whatever comes up to surface naturally. When you name what’s there, you give your body permission to release it instead of holding onto it throughout the day. This is a practice you can come back to anytime you feel heavy, off, or disconnected. Breathe, listen, name it, and let it go. Take your time with it. There’s no right or wrong way to experience this.

Just popping in with a quick reminder about one of my favorite nervous system resets: Box Breathing. 🫁✨ What it is: Box Breathing is a simple technique where you breathe in for 4… hold for 4… exhale for 4… hold for 4. Think of it like drawing the sides of a square with your breath. Slow… steady… grounding. Best times to use it: - When your mind won’t stop spiraling - Right before a difficult conversation - After feeling triggered or overwhelmed - To fall asleep faster - When anxiety pops up out of nowhere - Mid-day reset to come back into your body Even 60 seconds of this can shift your whole energy. Take one conscious breath.
Before you do anything, take one conscious breath. Every single thing you do throughout the day pause first. Breathe. Recenter. Remind yourself that you are here, now, fully present. That one conscious breath pulls you out of autopilot and brings you back into creation mode where you’re no longer living from old patterns, but choosing from awareness. If you want to take control of your life, start here, one breath at a time. 🌬️
Breathe Into the Vision
Take a moment to connect with what you truly desire. When you visualize it, speak it, and breathe as if it’s already yours, you’re teaching your body and mind that this reality already exists. This practice helps you align your energy with the feeling of having it now!
