Breathwork Meditation is happening in 6 days
Our first Breathwork Meditation Zoom Sundays
Missed the live Zoom this morning? I recorded the breathwork meditation so you can still experience it. Hopefully it recorded well so that you’re able to hear it. Take this at your own pace. Find a quiet space, get comfortable, and give yourself this time. I’ll be posting these in here so you always have access, whether you can make it live or not. Also, I want to make this work for you. If Sundays at this time don’t fit your schedule, let me know what does. Morning or evening, I’m open to adjusting so more of you can join live.

Our first Breathwork Meditation Zoom Sundays
Return to your heart when you need guidance 🩵
When your mind is loud, your heart is usually quieter, but it’s steady and honest. There’s real science behind slowing your breath and bringing awareness to your heart. It helps regulate your nervous system, creates more balance in your body, and makes it easier to hear what’s actually true for you. This is a simple practice I use when I feel stuck or unsure. Breathe in for 4 Breathe out for 6 Keep your attention on your heart Then gently ask: What do you need from me right now? What do you want me to know right now? What feels like the right next step? Don’t force an answer. Just listen. And when you’re done, take a moment to say thank you.Thank you, thank you, thank you. Your heart won’t always be loud, but it will be real.

Sunday Morning Breathwork Reset
Hello everyone!! I’m excited to let you all know I’ll be going live on Zoom every Sunday at 7 AM (Eastern Time) to guide a short Breathwork Meditation. Each session will be simple and relaxed, around 10 to 20 minutes depending on how it flows. This is a space to slow down, reset, and give yourself a moment before the day starts. Find a quiet, comfortable space where you can sit or lay down. You can bring an eye mask if you’d like, but it’s not required. Just come as you are, get comfortable, and be ready to breathe and drop in. To join, go to the calendar, click the Zoom link, and hop in. If anything changes or I’m not able to host on a certain Sunday, I’ll always let you know ahead of time. Come breathe, reset, and start your Sunday a little more grounded.

A Simple Breath Practice to Release What You’re Carrying
In this video, I guide you through a short breath practice to help you become aware of something you may be carrying in your body without realizing it. We place one hand on the heart and one on the belly and use the breath to slow the nervous system and bring awareness inward. As you breathe, I invite you to ask yourself a simple question: What am I carrying today that isn’t serving me? There’s no need to think your way to an answer. Let the breath create space and allow whatever comes up to surface naturally. When you name what’s there, you give your body permission to release it instead of holding onto it throughout the day. This is a practice you can come back to anytime you feel heavy, off, or disconnected. Breathe, listen, name it, and let it go. Take your time with it. There’s no right or wrong way to experience this.

A Simple Breath Practice to Release What You’re Carrying
Hey Everyone!!
Just popping in with a quick reminder about one of my favorite nervous system resets: Box Breathing. 🫁✨ What it is: Box Breathing is a simple technique where you breathe in for 4… hold for 4… exhale for 4… hold for 4. Think of it like drawing the sides of a square with your breath. Slow… steady… grounding. Best times to use it: - When your mind won’t stop spiraling - Right before a difficult conversation - After feeling triggered or overwhelmed - To fall asleep faster - When anxiety pops up out of nowhere - Mid-day reset to come back into your body Even 60 seconds of this can shift your whole energy. If you try it today, let me know how it feels!
