If you could send your younger self one message about healing or self growth, what would it be?
Feel It. Release It. Rise Again.
Even when you’re doing the work, you’ll still have days that feel heavy and that’s okay. 🩵 The goal isn’t to avoid the lows, it’s to move through them. Feel the emotion, cry, scream, rest do whatever your soul needs in that moment. Then when you’re ready, come back to your tools, your breath, your silence, your presence. That’s how you rise again. ✨ Healing isn’t about never falling. It’s about learning how to get back up every single time. 🌬️

Today's a reminder that surprises happen in life that don't go in your favor. Even if they are solved quickly, the feeling negativity and anxiety of it can still linger. Breathe deeply to calm it down.
