Coming Back to Awareness
Lately I’ve been coming back to one simple practice, Awareness!! Not trying to fix anything. Not forcing a mindset shift. Just noticing. How you feel when you wake up. What thoughts you keep returning to. Where your body feels open or tight. Awareness is where real change starts. When you slow down enough to notice your inner world, you get to respond instead of running on autopilot. A simple practice for tomorrow: Take a few moments this morning and ask yourself How do I feel right now? What do I need today? What would feel supportive or successful by the end of the day? No judgment. No pressure. Just noticing.

Seasonal Self-Care: Support Your Body Through the Busy Weeks Ahead
This time of year naturally puts more demand on your nervous system, more movement, more plans, more emotions, and less downtime. When your body is doing more than it’s used to, your breath becomes one of the fastest ways to bring yourself back into balance. A few slow, intentional breaths during the day help regulate your stress response, support digestion, and keep your energy steadier instead of crashing. Pair that with gentle stretching, and you’re opening up the areas that tighten when you’re rushing around, your chest, shoulders, low back, and hips. Be mindful this season! Pause, breathe, stretch, and give your body the support it needs so you can actually enjoy these next few weeks instead of just powering through them! 🩵

Happy Thanksgiving Everyone!
Just a gentle reminder to fill today with gratitude. Be around the people you love, soak in the little moments, and stay in that frequency of love and appreciation. Let it carry you through the day, into the weekend, and into everything you do. Be kind to yourselves. Stay present. Don’t stress about anything outside of this moment. Today is for love, gratitude, and a full heart. Wishing you all a beautiful, peaceful Thanksgiving! 🩵🥰

I’d love to hear your thoughts on this one
If you could send your younger self one message about healing or self growth, what would it be?
Feel It. Release It. Rise Again.
Even when you’re doing the work, you’ll still have days that feel heavy and that’s okay. 🩵 The goal isn’t to avoid the lows, it’s to move through them. Feel the emotion, cry, scream, rest do whatever your soul needs in that moment. Then when you’re ready, come back to your tools, your breath, your silence, your presence. That’s how you rise again. ✨ Healing isn’t about never falling. It’s about learning how to get back up every single time. 🌬️
