SLOW IT DOWN 🌬️
Life has a funny way of pulling us out of the present moment. Whether you believe Mercury being in retrograde has something to do with it or not, a lot of people have been feeling scattered, overwhelmed, or just a little “off.” 🩵 That’s exactly why today’s breath meditation was all about slowing down. We slowed each inhale, softened each exhale, added a gentle hum, and spent time reconnecting with our hearts instead of our racing minds. One thing I want you to remember… You don’t have to solve everything today. When life feels loud, come back to your breath. When your mind starts creating stories, come back to your heart. There is so much wisdom waiting for you in the quiet. ✨ I hope this practice helps you move through your week with a little more presence, a little more peace, and a little more trust. 🤍🌿

Yawning
Does anyone else yawn a lot while doing breathwork?

Yes!! Yawning is actually really common during Breathwork. In my experience I’ve noticed that sometimes yawning shows up when the mind or body is resisting going a little deeper into the practice, especially if emotions are starting to surface. It doesn’t always mean that, though. It can simply be your body’s natural response to the breathing. Or your body is just tired!! The biggest thing is to stay curious keep breathing and notice what comes up without trying to force or interpret it too quickly. No judgment Just Breathe!! 🩵
MORNING ENERGY RESET ☀️
✨ REPLAY IS UP! ✨ Your breath is one of the most powerful tools you have because it can meet you exactly where you are. 🌿 It can calm you. ⚡ It can energize you. 💙 It can ground you. 🌬️ It can help you reset. 🫶 It can bring you back to yourself. ✨ It can help you become more present. 💛 It can help you shift your mindset. 🌞 It can help you start your day with intention. This morning, I needed a little extra energy, so we practiced a few simple techniques together. 💨 Stacked Breaths 💨 Deep Energizing Breaths w/a hold at the end Before we started, we took a moment to simply notice our breath and check in with our bodies. Then we brought in gratitude. We finished the same way. Why? Because your thoughts matter. When you intentionally focus on something you’re grateful for while breathing slowly and mindfully, you begin shifting your attention away from stress and toward what is already good in your life. Over time, those small moments help create a greater sense of peace, presence, and connection. 💛 As you breathe today, don’t just breathe. Feel your breath. Feel your body. Think of someone or something you’re grateful for. Let that feeling grow with every inhale. ✨ Your breath changes your state, and your state shapes your day. MORNING ENERGY RESET ☀️
🌬️ More Than Just Breathing
One of the biggest reasons I love Conscious Connected Breathwork is because it gives your body permission to let go. We all carry things. Stress. Old emotions. Tension. Experiences we never fully processed. Whether you think of it as stuck energy, trapped emotions, or simply tension stored in the body, it all has one thing in common. It weighs us down. 🌬️ During Conscious Connected Breathwork, you’re not forcing anything to happen. You’re creating the space for your body to do what it already knows how to do. As you continue breathing, things can begin to rise to the surface. Sometimes it’s emotion. Sometimes it’s memories. Sometimes it’s physical sensations. Sometimes it’s simply a feeling of relief. Instead of pushing it away… 💙 You allow yourself to feel it. 💙 You acknowledge it. 💙 You release it. And every time you do, you create a little more space for peace, clarity, joy, and alignment. That’s why so many people leave a session saying… ✨ “I feel lighter.” ✨ “I feel like myself again.” ✨ “I didn’t even realize I was carrying all of that.” The breath is powerful.
