Lately I’ve been coming back to one simple practice, Awareness!!
Not trying to fix anything. Not forcing a mindset shift. Just noticing.
How you feel when you wake up.
What thoughts you keep returning to.
Where your body feels open or tight.
Awareness is where real change starts. When you slow down enough to notice your inner world, you get to respond instead of running on autopilot.
A simple practice for tomorrow:
Take a few moments this morning and ask yourself
How do I feel right now?
What do I need today?
What would feel supportive or successful by the end of the day?
No judgment. No pressure. Just noticing.
