In this video, I guide you through a short breath practice to help you become aware of something you may be carrying in your body without realizing it.
We place one hand on the heart and one on the belly and use the breath to slow the nervous system and bring awareness inward. As you breathe, I invite you to ask yourself a simple question: What am I carrying today that isn’t serving me?
There’s no need to think your way to an answer. Let the breath create space and allow whatever comes up to surface naturally. When you name what’s there, you give your body permission to release it instead of holding onto it throughout the day.
This is a practice you can come back to anytime you feel heavy, off, or disconnected. Breathe, listen, name it, and let it go.
Take your time with it. There’s no right or wrong way to experience this.
