✨Group Zoom Breathwork Tonight✨
Hey everyone! Just a quick reminder that our first Conscious Connected Breathwork session on Zoom is tonight at 6:30 p.m. EST (New York time) 🕡 This will be a 1-hour session to help you reconnect, release, and realign through the power of your breath. 📅 How to Join: Go into the calendar, click on today’s date, and then select the event to join the Zoom session. 📄 Waiver: If you haven’t signed the waiver yet, please make sure to do that before joining the session. 👉 [Sign waiver here!] 🎥 Important for new participants: If this is your first time doing breathwork with me (or any active breathing technique), please set your camera in a spot where I can see you during the session — this helps me hold space and guide you safely. 🧘♀️ What to Have Ready: - A safe space where you can lie down flat with your camera on you - Some water (for before and after) - An eye mask (optional, helps you go deeper and tune in) - Try not to eat at least 2 hours before the session - Come with an open mind and an open heart 💫 I’m so excited to breathe with you all tonight!
