Free Builds Awareness. Structure Builds Results.
The 14-Day Reset Is Complete. Now What? First — thank you for participating in whatever way you did. Some of you were consistent. Some jumped in for a few days. Some watched and meant to start. Some are starting now - all good! That’s not judgment. That’s data. Free challenges build awareness. But awareness alone doesn’t create strength, confidence, or lasting change. Lori won the 12-week Mighty Fit Core program — so she’ll be moving into a fully structured plan with assessment, progression, and accountability built in. The difference? Inside the full program we don’t rely on motivation. We build: • Progressive strength • Posture and Core support that carries into daily life • Smart fueling for metabolic momentum • Weekly structure • Direct access for guidance and adjustments No random workouts. No drifting. No “I’ll start Monday.” If these 14 days showed you that you need more structure — not more information — message me. We’ll talk and see if the 12-week program is the right next step. No pressure.Just a decision about what you want next.
Welcome to our 14-day Core and Posture Reset Challenge
Day 1 — Core Awareness & Posture Check Welcome to Day 1. Today is about awareness, not perfection. Before beginning the workout, take one minute to notice: • how you are standing • where you feel tension • where you feel stable • how easily you can stack ribs over hips Next: watch the video or read the PDF in the How to Improve Your Posture Lesson. Then complete today’s 20-minute session in the Classroom. Day 1 - Strength Day A: Squat/Calf Raise, Single Leg Deadlift, Row, Bridge, 90/90 Taps Afterward, comment DONE and share one thing you noticed — even something small. Small awareness shifts are the first step toward lasting posture and core strength. Ask me any questions. Let's do this thing!
My newest credential
I love to learn. I appreciate that I need to recertify for my personal training, Mat Pilates, and Tai Chi every two years. I'm working on my next 500 hours in yoga. I value being a teacher and a student. My latest is a training for working with people (like me) with osteoporosis.
New Technology
I have been a tad less communicative because my laptop stopped connecting to the outside world. Like it thought it was 1986. Ha! It was five years old so I concluded I should bye new. And my tech guy said expect prices to go up as makers add AI features. There is a fitness metaphor in here somewhere. Perhaps joint replacement. We work with what we have and make the switch when we have to. I know we have many joint replacements in the group and more like me in the future. Whether you are before or after keeping all the muscles in and around the joint healthy is key. Send me any questions.

New Lesson in Class Room - Feet and Ankles
I had a great conversation with a member yesterday who is dealing with calf problems. I have a long term left ankle weakness I'm always working on. I was inspired to add a Feet and Ankles lesson in the classroom. Check it out. Go to Classroom. Look for Feet and Ankles Let me know what you like and don't like. If anyone has a wish for something they would like to see in classroom, let me know. I already have the request for more Walk at Home programs and I'll be adding more!
