Last Strength Day for the Challenge. Hopefully not your last strength day. Jump on a call with me to talk strength. Strength Day B: Tricep Dip Swimmers Split Squat Push-up Plank Comment "DONE" and let us know which exercise you were able to progress to more challenging and maybe which the opposite.

Done! Push up and planks are improving. But still cannot really do any good push-ups while in a plank position. I still need knee support!. Triceps dips still the hardest.

Day 11 reset done! Boy this felt so good today! Shin boxes are my new favorite. Also the neck stretches have become a daily habit for me. Often in the evening before bed! Raising one leg back and up on downward dog is still a challenge, but I am able to lift higher today.

Day10 done. Still on my trip and Still putting in the work! 90/90 taps and bridge are raising my awareness of glutes and core!
