You made it to Day 7. This is a great day. Want to know why? It is for rest. You can walk the dog, garden, and other easy activities. Don't workout or otherwise strain. Done! Day 3-2/22/26 Sun-Tricep dips have always been hard for me. I rest in between each reps of 4.
