Day 1 — Core Awareness & Posture Check Welcome to Day 1. Today is about awareness, not perfection. Before beginning the workout, take one minute to notice: • how you are standing • where you feel tension • where you feel stable • how easily you can stack ribs over hips Next: watch the video or read the PDF in the How to Improve Your Posture Lesson. Then complete today’s 20-minute session in the Classroom. Day 1 - Strength Day A: Squat/Calf Raise, Single Leg Deadlift, Row, Bridge, 90/90 Taps Afterward, comment DONE and share one thing you noticed — even something small.
