How do I know which excercies to do on which days ? It’s not laid out day 1,2,3 etc for ,10 days. . Or are we supposed to do then all everyday ? That’s a lot

Where exactly are the excercies laid out for each day of the 14 days posture reset ? I cannot find them in the classroom . How exactly are they labeled or laid out for each day of the 14 days ,? Sorry I’m really confused.

@Andrea Lepcio I finally found the excercies for the 14 days posture reset , sorry I didn’t read the kids down to the bottom where it lays what to do in each day ,I was looking for day 1 do these m day. 2 do these etc but laid out differently .iim having terrible problems with too much pain every where in all my joints and muscles at the minute ,every new excercse is agony for me .my mind wants to do the excercies but my mind won’t let me, my nervous system is stuck in tense and constantly quarding mode. Do you know what I csn do about this ? Have you worked with someone like me before . I have chrnic daily pain and I so much want to get better from this .i cannot seem to do anything without flsring up afterwards ,

@Andrea Lepcio I’m working with a coach doing a four day excercies program. Here up tell you all the excercies eg dead bug shoulder extension , bird dog , hip abduction etc it seems I have just a lot of tension on my body that is holding me back . I do tend to go full blast in the excercises . Maybe I’m doing them too much . I do three reps 13 excercies 5 days a week. .

@Andrea Lepcio I have never done weights . It hurts my neck too much . I’m just doing mobility trains right now . I can’t do weight with dysfunction it’ll cause more pain than I already have . I need to learn to move better first

Thankyou so much for all you excercies and advice and for doing these hip mobility routine I requested . It was very good and helpful for my arthitic hips. . Also can you do some chest and shoulder and maybe neck exercises.i have a bad neck tight traps and weak arms and shoulders due to having stenosis with root impingement in my right side if neck . My neck and shoulders are always stiff and sore . Thankyou for all you do .your videos are all so good and well explained. Unfortunately I had signed up with and paid for another coach before I came across you . But ii will only be with him for three months.
