Here is your first Mighty Fit workout plan. You don't need any equipment. For the next four weeks, do your Upper and Lower Body on alternate days. Plan to complete two to three sessions of each section weekly for four to six days. You can do the three sets in one session or divide them across your day as suits your schedule.
