A day of a PM
In one of my chats with , she indicated that she would like to know what does a day of a Senior PM look like. I think a day is not enough, but I would like to put together a group call, maybe a workshop of sort, on how I structure my sprints and how I stucture work with my teams. Would any of you be interested in attending such workshop. Obviously I would be presenting the best case scenario, but still maybe some useful knowlege can be shared.
