Quick, simple lunch today...
Anyone who knows me, knows I eat A LOT of Brussels Sprouts! 3 to 4 days a week easily. :)
Today, I tossed some Brussels in EVOO, sea salt, pepper, roasted garlic powder, and thyme and air-fried them for 15 minutes at 375.
Then I added some prosciutto (for protein) and air-fried for another 3.5 minutes.
I drizzled some balsamic over the top and my easy meal was ready to go.
Often the "base" in a bowl for me is veggies (I like them all!) and then I add protein and a healthy fat.
This is at the core of what we teach because this is real food - food that nourishes and heals our bodies. 💚
