Skip Tracing for Homeowners Phone numbers
Quick question for operators running SMS / local outbound.
I am building a hybrid agentic workflow for homeowner SMS and want to lock in the skip tracing layer.
Current setup:
– We pull owner name + address data from PropWire
– Data is normalized + prepared inside an automated workflow (Antigravity)
– Next step is skip tracing to resolve mobile phone numbers
– Output goes straight into GoHighLevel for SMS Outbound
What I am looking for is for a skip tracing platform that supports pay per record fee with an API address so it can be integrated in the workflow. Most importantly to have a least decent mobile hit rate for homeowners.
IN other words: PropWire → workflow → skip trace → SMS
If you’re running something similar (or know a solid provider), would appreciate pointers.
