Are you a Planner or Executor?
I don’t look for validation. I look for gaps. Operator x GTM nerd. Overthinker x executor. Builds until it’s built x does it alone. That’s how I work. I hate long discussions, but I still have them, because that’s how I find the real problem. When my mailboxes dropped to 10% health, I didn’t debate it. I found the gap (I’d pushed volume too high), stopped every campaign, and re-warmed them until they were back to 100%. Building, executing and driving results is the one thing I aim for with anyone I work with. Why do I work this way? Maybe it’s my ownership mindset. Maybe it’s my introverted working style. People work differently. The overthinkers, the quiet ones, the ones who’d rather build than talk. Don’t overlook them. You’ve probably been overlooked once yourself. So tell me: are you a planner or an executor? Have a great weekend.
Do you have any outreach routine?
Up at 6. Outreach at 9:30. Asleep at midnight. That’s my real routine building outbound next to a part-time agency role: outreach replies first, about an hour of sales and outbound learning, agency work through the afternoon, a break and chores in the evening, then a night session for pending work and content. The one thing that made a difference: outreach gets the first slot of the day, not the leftovers. How do you fit outbound around everything else? And what do you keep postponing: setup, lead sourcing, your offer, or follow-ups?

@Ian Kirk I got the higher one for Ai chat support development for ecommerce stores for which I used highly personalized firstlines to increase the reply rate

@Shaban Alam Strategic follow is another thing, generic follow up is goofd up to 3 - 5
Never send cold email from your main domain.
The setup I’d use if I were starting over: 1) Secondary domain (like mailyourname(dot)com), never your primary 2) 3-5 mailboxes per domain SPF, DKIM, DMARC configured 3) 2-3 weeks of warm-up with Instantly or Smartlead, then 20-25 emails per mailbox Bonus: keep Outlook mailboxes separate from Google Workspace or custom ones, and send fewer from the Outlook ones. I learned the volume limit the hard way. I raised sending from 25 to 30 per mailbox and burned all 30 mailboxes. Recovery took 1-2 weeks of re-warming. What’s your current setup (tool, mailboxes per domain, daily volume)? Share it and I’ll tell you what I’d tweak.
Never send cold email from your main domain.

@Jay Feldman Amazing, I'll keep an eye on this now, didn’t experienced this yet
What's working for you right now?
Content, outreach, ads, referrals, or partners? Which one is working best for you right now, and which one are you avoiding? Curious what’s actually working for people here.

@Jay Feldman Same - Cold emails!
How I get 20-30% reply rates without building a prospect list 😎
Every person who cold emails me becomes a sales lead. I'm on every B2B list that exists. Agency owner, content creator, LinkedIn presence... cold emailers find me constantly. All of it goes into one dedicated folder. That folder is a lead list. An n8n workflow runs against it every hour. It reads who cold emailed me and sends a pitch back. Opening line: you just cold emailed me, here's what was wrong with it, I'd love to help. I run the same workflow against my spam folder with a different message. A lot of cold emailers end up there too. Between the two: 20 to 30 percent reply rates. This is a signal campaign. The signal isn't a job change or a funding round. It's that they cold emailed me. That one fact tells me they're running outbound right now and probably struggling with it. My email is timely, relevant, and specific to something they're ACTIVELY doing. That's most of what gets a cold email answered. Signals are just facts about someone that let you say something true and current. Somebody hiring an SDR cares about sales growth. A new CRO needs leads fast. Someone who just got funded has budget to spend. Each signal makes your pitch land harder because it speaks to what they're doing right now, not just who they are on paper. Trade-off: volume runs lower than a blast campaign. The reply rates don't compare though. What signals are you currently running? Drop below - want to see what this community is building.
