@Vasilis Mousellis LFG!!
I had €72 to my name when I got on a call that changed everything.
Let me say that again: Seventy-two euros. Total. And I’d already spent €48.24 of it on cold email tools, betting on myself when I had almost nothing left to bet. I’m in Greece. No safety net. No rich parents. No backup plan. Just me, a PC, and this belief that I could build something real. For two years I was grinding, trying business models, failing, learning, repeating.I made some money here and there… but nothing scalable.Nothing predictable.Nothing that felt like a real breakthrough. I was tired of duct-taping YouTube information together and praying it would somehow become a system. So I did something uncomfortable: I booked a clarity call, not because I had the money, but because I needed some direction. On that call, here’s what hit me: I had been trying to sell an outcome I hadn’t achieved yet. I had an offer about “scaling businesses to $50K/month”… but I'd never scaled anything to $50K/month myself 🤦‍♂️ @Ian Kirk didn't sugarcoat it. He said: "That's difficult, man. Just to be completely transparent." And honestly? I needed to hear that. → That was a punch I needed. He broke down exactly what I was doing wrong: → No clear ICP → Overcomplicating my offer → Building a job, not a business. Then he told me something that I've never heard before in those 2 years: “Never state your price first. Let them tell you what the outcome is worth.” And something stuck in my mind " You don’t win by collecting more free information. You win by collapsing time and learning from people who’ve already walked the path." I left that call with something better than money: ✓ Clarity ✓ Direction ✓ A simple plan ✓ A system to master ✓ And a reason to stop drifting Since then, I’ve gone all-in on what actually moves the needle. → Everything I’m building right now comes from that decision. If you’re sitting where I was, low on money, high on ambition, wondering if you should bet on yourself… This is your sign. One conversation can shift your entire trajectory.

Is anyone maintaining or know of a list of which AI is best for which use cases? This is changing daily, of course, which is why it would be so useful. Anyone?

Bulk email template
I’m looking for support in building an automation workflow for bulk email. My current setup uses Google Sheets to store and retrieve leads, MailTest Ninja to verify them, ChatGPT to generate personalised emails, and Instantly AI to send the emails. I can provide more details in my next message.

I’m thinking about how you can make this flow feel simple so you’re not jumping between tools all day @Anam Haq. If each step has a clear job, it’s much easier to send a lot of emails without breaking things. You’ve already got a nice stack there with Sheets, MailTest Ninja, ChatGPT and Instantly. I’d set it up so Sheets is your source of truth, then you run that list through MailTest Ninja first so only clean emails stay. From there you use ChatGPT to read the columns in your sheet and write one main template with a few personalised bits that change per row. Then Instantly just pulls those rows in and sends on a schedule. To keep it easy, I’d start with one offer and one simple template, test it on a small batch, then turn it into a proper automation once you’re happy with replies and delivery.

The tool that saved my cold email deliverability (50% off inside)
My emails were landing in spam constantly. One week I'd get great open rates. Next week? Complete silence. I kept tweaking my copy, changing subject lines, testing send times. Nothing worked. Then I realized: the problem wasn't my copy. It was my deliverability. Most people running cold email obsess over messaging while their domain reputation tanks. That's when I started using Warmy for my primary domains. What it does: → Monitors inbox placement daily → Keeps domains off blacklists → Trains ESPs that your emails are valuable → Real-time deliverability tracking 90 days later: 98% inbox placement. Consistently. I use Instantly's free warmup for my cold email domains (works great for that). But for primary domains I actually care about? Warmy is worth every penny. The difference? Warmy keeps their warm-up pool squeaky clean. Most cheap tools use low-quality IPs that actually hurt your deliverability. If your emails are disappearing into spam, you need to fix deliverability before anything else matters. Comment "Warmy" below and I'll send you: - Link to Warmy - Discount code for 50% off This is the tool I recommend for anyone serious about cold email.
