Question For Jay 6.0 ( A real Problem i am facing )
Bought 2 domains checked and they both are in SEM FRESH and SEM URIRED Listing I didn't check it before buying so think they are already in that list and didn't make any mailboxes yet on them Bought 3 more domains all cleaned added it to reseller , make 6 maibloxes and guess what 2 of them started in that same listing ( SAM FRESH AND SAM URIRED ) What i am doing wrong Doesn't send a single email yet from them ( is this normal after buying a domain you get in these listing automatically ) What to do now change the mailbox provider make new mailboxes and then start the warmup or start the warmup with the mailboxes

Anas, from what I've read SEM FRESH lists newly registered domains automatically, so a brand new domain showing up there doesn't mean you did anything wrong. It should drop off as the domain gets older. The lists that really matter are the big ones like Spamhaus, so I'd check those before swapping anything.
Are you a Planner or Executor?
I don’t look for validation. I look for gaps. Operator x GTM nerd. Overthinker x executor. Builds until it’s built x does it alone. That’s how I work. I hate long discussions, but I still have them, because that’s how I find the real problem. When my mailboxes dropped to 10% health, I didn’t debate it. I found the gap (I’d pushed volume too high), stopped every campaign, and re-warmed them until they were back to 100%. Building, executing and driving results is the one thing I aim for with anyone I work with. Why do I work this way? Maybe it’s my ownership mindset. Maybe it’s my introverted working style. People work differently. The overthinkers, the quiet ones, the ones who’d rather build than talk. Don’t overlook them. You’ve probably been overlooked once yourself. So tell me: are you a planner or an executor? Have a great weekend.

Planner by default, executor by force 😅 I used to spend days getting a setup perfect before sending anything. Now I set a deadline, send it even if it's not perfect, and fix it with real data. How do you stop yourself overthinking before a campaign goes out?
How I sort every cold email reply in seconds so no hot lead waits
Most cold email advice stops at "get the reply". But a "yes, let's talk" sitting in the inbox for 6 hours is often a lost meeting. So I set up a simple triage (screenshot below): 1. Every reply gets one label from AI the moment it lands: Interested, Question, Not now, Referral, Out of office, or Unsubscribe. 2. Each label has one fixed next step and a time limit. Interested gets a booking link and 2 times within 5 minutes. Question gets a 2-line answer and the link within an hour. 3. Out of office and Unsubscribe are handled automatically, so you only touch the replies that can turn into meetings. 4. "Not now" gets tagged and followed up in 30 days instead of being forgotten. You can run the labeling in n8n or Make, but here's the prompt if you want to try it in ChatGPT first: "Label this cold email reply with exactly one of: Interested, Question, Not now, Referral, Out of office, Unsubscribe. Reply with only the label. Reply: [paste reply]" How fast are you all getting back to positive replies right now?

Are you still pitching your agency in the first email?
The best cold emailers I know aren't selling anything. Sounds backwards. It's not. Cold email works best when you flip the ask. Partnerships. Affiliates. Getting hired. Giving something first. The minute you stop trying to close and start asking them to bring you on... reply rates move fast. Here's how it plays out in real life: You run a cybersecurity firm. Everyone in your space is pitching $5K/month retainers and landing in the spam folder. Instead? Email those same people and ask to be their fractional CISO. Same expertise. Same price. Different title. You're not asking them to trust an agency they've never heard of. You're asking them to hire a person for a role they already know they need. See, here's the thing - the harder your industry is to sell into, the more the reframe matters. With cold email you can put your message in front of a million potential buyers. The question is what you're asking for when you get there. What's your niche? Drop it below and let's workshop your angle together. 👇

The fractional CISO example clicked for me. Same service, but "let me join your team" feels way less risky to them than buying a retainer. Going to test that angle.
Do you have any outreach routine?
Up at 6. Outreach at 9:30. Asleep at midnight. That’s my real routine building outbound next to a part-time agency role: outreach replies first, about an hour of sales and outbound learning, agency work through the afternoon, a break and chores in the evening, then a night session for pending work and content. The one thing that made a difference: outreach gets the first slot of the day, not the leftovers. How do you fit outbound around everything else? And what do you keep postponing: setup, lead sourcing, your offer, or follow-ups?

Same here, outreach goes first or it doesn't happen. I just went full-time so I'm still building the routine. The one I keep pushing back is lead sourcing, it always feels like setup work instead of real work.
