2026 is the year of the Bruiser
Just ordered a 45 lb Delta Club from Hepheastus Athletica 🎉. Thanks to KB Carlos, Mark Wildman, Coach John Wolf and my good friend Tony Lamanna (Weightlifting Doc) for setting me on this course to put in the time with Clubs, KBs, and Maces. It literally seemed impossible to reach the 45 lb Bruiser, I still have trouble recognizing my strength but thanks to the awesome people in this community, I get to have a place and feel the benefits of these tools 🙏🏽😎👊🏼💪🏽🦍
