Sunday: 2HC @ 15lb w/MotionSpace adjustable club Monday: ITK & KB Swings @ 13kg w/ BoS/MW adj. KB (+8 sets of 5L/5R Mace/Sword 360 during the rest cycles on swings) Tuesday: 2HC @ 15lb (workout 8/35 for this program) Wednesday: ITK & KB Swings @ 13kg Thursday: SAHC w/ 4kg Cobra Club Coming Friday: ITK + something else, maybe C&P + Mace/Sword 360 Saturday: REST Sprinkled throughout: Sword 360 @ 6kg. I'm enjoying doing a few sets at a time of 5L/5R with transitions where I take the non-dominant hand off and catch the blade with it as it's falling, slide the dominant hand down to the pommel (becoming non-dominant), then pull the sword up into the air with the formerly ND-hand before putting it back on the handle as the dominant hand and continuing swings.

Single arm club: heavy, ~11.5#, 4x5/5, inside circles/ outside circles/ shield casts Slam ball squat program: level 2, workout 4, 30#
Heavy Club Mill
Been working to get my mill strength number up. Did a nice stretch today and had only ever done 8 kg mills. Pulled out my 13 kg club (30 lb) and did 6….strong side only but I was excited. Nobody else to tell. :).

Monday and Tuesday training
Monday: rope flow Working on the underhand and overhand “sneak.” I’m starting to figure it out but need a lot more practice. Tuesday: A day KB Swings - light, EMOM, 26x10, 20kg, alt between 2 hand and hand to Hand - Working on building a bit of endurance before doing density cycles to 10x20 and moving forward with the Wildman swing program. I was gassing out and losing proper form. KB Clean and Press - reverse ladders, 4x4/4-1/1, 17kg, 1min rest Arc 360s - Heavy, EMOM, 6x10, ~17#

@Shawn Davis I appreciate you! that’s the plan, train smarter and listen to the body. Today is a full year of training without any significant injuries causing me to stop. Longest I’ve gone since I started training about 5.5 years ago.
Integrated movement flow video
2 months ago I bought a club and dove in. Circular training is something special. Nothing can cause a training effect quite like them. Here I was having some fun putting together a short flow. The brain loves a good integration of movement patterns. I had to focus on breathe, control and redirection.
