Thank you for visiting, I am on the product development team with Hephaestus Athletica, Adex Clubs and, also consult for Wildman Athletica. I am a Kettlebell, Steel Club and Mace Coach. Movement is my medicine, and sharing these experiences with you is a dream! I completed 2 Full Ironmans, along with a number of marathons including qualifying and completing Boston Marathon! Because of my roles with some of the leading fitness companies I get to bring modifications to existing products (kettlebell, steel club & mace) and also bring new products to market.
I appreciate exploring new movement patterns and because of this my goal is to share this with you. I have a lot of coaching techniques to share on this channel and hope to provide new healthy habits for everyone.
