The Holy Grail
I found one. The infamous ONNIT 25lb “Quad” mace. Pretty stoked to add this one to the collection

Jumprope?
Does anyone do weighted jump rope as part of their training? I've been using crossropes and have really enjoyed the workout. Nice alternative for me to running which I enjoy but am not very good at.

@Raul Sanchez I jump rope for my body, rope flow for the brain. Feel me?

@Raul Sanchez The stronger human…oh yea I know him. Very good stuff. Would be good to do both jump and flow
Traditional Indian club recommendations
Does anyone use traditional Indian clubs? 1-5lbs I am thinking. If so can anyone recommend a website/maker for them?
Wildman Bosu ball challenge
I don’t know if anyone saw Mark wild man’s recent YouTube video with the ballerina. He demoed a new level of complexity with clubs by balancing on a bosu ball. I had to give it a go. It certainly exposed an imbalance on my left side. I used a 20lb delta club. I had a good Takeaway from it. It shows you how to use your whole body to control the movement rather than just your arm or your shoulder. Great feedback in my core muscles/stabilizers. I see it as adding complexity and changing the stimulus.

4th of July freestyle
had some fun putting together a little coordination drill. Inside mill passing to the opposite hand reverse mill. Then trying to bring it back to balance it out. When the hand off was smooth it felt pretty darn good. Just fun stuff

@Raul Sanchez worth every penny. Thanks Raul. I highly recommend the cobra club or the Delta club.
