Good morning all. I picked up Marks club training bundle over the weekend. Now I need to get some clubs, never used them before. Any recommendations of fixed vs variable weight? I'm looking at both the Cobra and Delta clubs - https://hephaestusathletica.net/collections/clubs Also need to figure at what weight to start. Appreciate any recommendations.
had some fun putting together a little coordination drill. Inside mill passing to the opposite hand reverse mill. Then trying to bring it back to balance it out. When the hand off was smooth it felt pretty darn good. Just fun stuff
