How does group coaching in this community work?
Twice-a-month we will host a live group coaching call. Although we may start our call with an initial topic to explore, coaching is co-created so topics may shift based on the group's needs. Show up ready and open to engage, explore challenges, and let's grow together. If you’re new to the group, new to group coaching, or just new to coaching in general, this post is for you! In this post I will answer: 1. What co-creating actually means in coaching. 2. How group coaching differs from 1:1. 3. Why flexibility helps everyone. 4. What members should bring. 5. How the Weekly prompts guide the direction. Okay, 1. What co-creation means in terms of coaching. Coaching is Partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential. Simply put it is a partnership, which means it is co-created. The topics/direction of coaching is agreed upon by the coach and the client(s) in the beginning of each session. This is Co-creation. Additionally, the conversation isn’t led by the coach or by the group alone—it's shaped together in real time. The coach provides structure, curiosity, guidance and more... but the group’s needs, struggles and input determines the direction and the depth of exploration. In short: The coaching process is fluid, and value comes from what we create collectively, not from a script. 2. How group coaching differs from 1:1 Group coaching introduces dynamics that you don’t get in private sessions: - Multiple perspectives = more insight, more angles  - Many people sharing experiences = “I’m not the only one” moments  - Collective reflections = learning from each other’s questions/answers  - Less personal deep-diving than 1:1, but more diversity of perspectives and solutions  Extra Bonus: You get to practice leadership, vulnerability, and communication skills in real time. In short: 1:1 is personal depth. Group coaching is depth through diversity. 3. Why flexibility helps everyone

Hello there! Welcome to the JPMC Group. NAVIGATION, what to know: + 💬 Chat — introduce yourself and chat about things other than wins and challenges with people. + 💭 Prompts — new prompts each week encouraging you to explore any challenges or victories you've had in a particular area of your professional life. These prompts will be centered around that group coaching call topic. Some coaching topics may span more than one group session, but the prompt will change to look at that subject/challenge from another point of view, so keep a sharp eye out. + 🏆Wins & Challenges🙇‍♂️ — celebrate your wins and explore your challenges. The power of community is being able to get help. getting help does not mean you are week, on the contrary, being able to recognize your blockages and seek guidance to overcome those challenges requires strength. As the saying goes: if you want to go fast, go alone; if you want to go far, go together. + 🙋‍♂️Q&A💡 — any and all questions are welcome. If I can answer them I will, and if I cannot, I will try and help you find the answers. You can also help others by answering their questions. Every person here brings a lifetime of experience to the table. You never know when someone will have knowledge gems for you. + 📣 News — is where I will announce either what's new or what's in the works. + In the Calendar you will find links to the group coaching calls and what the themes will be for each week so you can see ahead to know what topics will be covered and you will get to know in advance when we will cover your requested/preferred coaching topic. +The Courses section may look empty for the moment, but rest assured there are courses in the works so keep an eye out for them when they get published. That's it for now. Please, feel free to introduce yourself to the group. What's your name? what do you do for a living? and what's something you do for fun? Other than that. Please be respectful and follow community guidelines. Self-improvement is an infinite game: You can't fail, if you don't quit.
Aligning Boundaries with Identity
Prompt: What kind of leader do you want to be when it comes to protecting your time, energy, and focus? Challenge: This week, choose one situation and act in alignment with that version of yourself—even if it feels slightly uncomfortable. Accountability: What will remind you of the leader you’re choosing to be in that moment? Or who can you include that will help you with this challenge?

Low-Stakes Boundaries Reflection
Did you communicate a boundary this week? If Yes: How did it feel before, during, and after? What reaction did you receive—and how did you interpret it?What did this teach you about asserting yourself? If No: What stopped you? Fear? Timing? Uncertainty about wording? How could you make the boundary even smaller or safer next time? Optional: If you were guiding someone else, what would you recommend?

End of Month Reflection
Over this last month we looked at different triggers both physiological and mental and explored how to interrupt the cycle of being triggered. What worked well for you? Where did you struggle? What has been your biggest take-away? Tell me in the comments or make a new post in the "wins and challenges".
