1st Week
Congratulations everyone on surviving the first week of January. New year brings some new challenges and some old challenges. Do you have any New Years resolutions you're taking on this year? What's been challenging you? What's been going well for you? For me my New Years resolutions are a mix of both old and new. One of my biggest goals has been around taking back my health, losing weight and working out regularly at least one hour throughout the week. What's been going well has been controlling what I'm eating so I'm losing weight, and the challenging part has been actually working out. I recently moved my weights to a more accessible place so I think that will help me🀞stay accountable. My second New Years resolution is fixing up my motorcycles. I own 2 motorcycles, one for riding and the other I'm looking to eventually sell, but they both need love. My goal is to first fix my daily rider (which is the easier of the two) then second fix the one I'm looking to sell (which will be more of a challenge) What's going well for these goals is my daily rider is going to be easy to fix. What's challenging me is a combination of my time management, knowledge of how to fix bike #2 and the weather. Winter is not a great time to be a mechanic outside. What are some of your goals/successes/challenges this year. I wish you all a wonderful new year full of adventure and growth.
Hi all!
I’m Gabrielle, I am a silver smith and I’m working on becoming GIA certified. I take care of my elderly grandmother and in my spare time I like to be outdoors! Its a pleasure to be here, thank you Justin for the invitation and I look forward to getting to know everyone.
Hello!

Hello There!
My name is Justin Peterson. I am currently both a full-time 9-5 employed and in my 5-9 I work as a leadership coach, until the day I can make the leap and pursue coaching full time. For fun, every week my wife and I host a game day at my house where my dad and a few close friends come over, and we play D&D or sometimes other nerdy games like Flux, Munchkin or Poker.

Hello there! Welcome to the JPMC Group. NAVIGATION, what to know: + πŸ’¬ Chat β€” introduce yourself and chat about things other than wins and challenges with people. + πŸ’ Prompts β€” new prompts each week encouraging you to explore any challenges or victories you've had in a particular area of your professional life. These prompts will be centered around that group coaching call topic. Some coaching topics may span more than one group session, but the prompt will change to look at that subject/challenge from another point of view, so keep a sharp eye out. + πŸ†Wins & ChallengesπŸ™‡β€β™‚οΈ β€” celebrate your wins and explore your challenges. The power of community is being able to get help. getting help does not mean you are week, on the contrary, being able to recognize your blockages and seek guidance to overcome those challenges requires strength. As the saying goes: if you want to go fast, go alone; if you want to go far, go together. + πŸ™‹β€β™‚οΈQ&AπŸ’‘ β€” any and all questions are welcome. If I can answer them I will, and if I cannot, I will try and help you find the answers. You can also help others by answering their questions. Every person here brings a lifetime of experience to the table. You never know when someone will have knowledge gems for you. + πŸ“£ News β€” is where I will announce either what's new or what's in the works. + In the Calendar you will find links to the group coaching calls and what the themes will be for each week so you can see ahead to know what topics will be covered and you will get to know in advance when we will cover your requested/preferred coaching topic. +The Courses section may look empty for the moment, but rest assured there are courses in the works so keep an eye out for them when they get published. That's it for now. Please, feel free to introduce yourself to the group. What's your name? what do you do for a living? and what's something you do for fun? Other than that. Please be respectful and follow community guidelines. Self-improvement is an infinite game: You can't fail, if you don't quit.
