Aligning Boundaries with Identity
Prompt: What kind of leader do you want to be when it comes to protecting your time, energy, and focus? Challenge: This week, choose one situation and act in alignment with that version of yourself—even if it feels slightly uncomfortable. Accountability: What will remind you of the leader you’re choosing to be in that moment? Or who can you include that will help you with this challenge?

Low-Stakes Boundaries Reflection
Did you communicate a boundary this week? If Yes: How did it feel before, during, and after? What reaction did you receive—and how did you interpret it?What did this teach you about asserting yourself? If No: What stopped you? Fear? Timing? Uncertainty about wording? How could you make the boundary even smaller or safer next time? Optional: If you were guiding someone else, what would you recommend?

End of Month Reflection
Over this last month we looked at different triggers both physiological and mental and explored how to interrupt the cycle of being triggered. What worked well for you? Where did you struggle? What has been your biggest take-away? Tell me in the comments or make a new post in the "wins and challenges".

This is really smart. I love the response of going to the restroom. I use that when I need space to think or even just for that moment of calm silence. Very Powerful!
Practicing Low-Stakes Boundaries
What is one low-stakes situation this week where you could communicate a clearer boundary? Challenge: In that situation, practice a simple boundary: - asking for more time - saying “not right now” - or adjusting expectations Accountability: What exact phrase will you use when the moment comes?

Cost of Overextension Reflection
Let's Reflect on this week's Prompt: When you overcommit or say yes too often, what tends to suffer—your time, energy, focus, or leadership presence? What patterns did you notice in what it’s costing you? Did this awareness change how you approached any decisions? Optional: If you were coaching someone through this, what would you suggest? What would naturally change if you took your own advice?
