In our second Discernment Skill Builder yesterday we explored the question "How do I discern what I believe to be true?" The conversation was rich — from checking emotional responses and recognizing bias, to the role of trusted community and relational intelligence.

One thread that stayed with us: discernment isn't a solo act. Human connection, as Barry put it, is what helps us truly flourish and find our ground.
