Client Value & Using AI to Reverse-Engineer
In the lab, we explored how AI (including an IDG-trained GPT by @Thomas Jordan ) can support us in translating Inner Development Goals into the language clients actually care about: organizational pain points, leadership needs, culture challenges, and measurable outcomes.
Rather than pitching โIDGs,โ we practiced reverse-engineering from dimensions like Relating into concrete issues such as low connectedness, turnover, or cross-team misalignment.
