Happy Monday Team, this is it. Final week. Week 4 isn’t about trying something completely new ...it’s about applying everything you’ve learned over the last three weeks. Better breathing. Smarter breaks. Stronger sets. Composure under fatigue. Ask yourself: • Can I hold my opening pace longer? • Can I reduce unnecessary breaks? • Can I stay relaxed when the heart rate spikes? This week is about intent. Every set is a chance to sharpen your race-day wall balls. Drop your goal for this final week below ⬇️ Are you chasing unbroken sets? Better control?
