🚨 Introducing: The HYROX Station Challenge
Hey Guys...there is something new coming to skool this Feb... Each month inside Hybrid Racer, we will: - Pick ONE HYROX station - Spend a full month training it properly - Build from test → progress → retest No random workouts No junk volume No guessing Just a structured progression designed to make that station feel manageable on race day. How it works: - You start with a baseline test - You train the station through daily posted sessions in the classroom - You finish with a retest - Leaderboard updated monthly This isn’t just about getting better at the station. It carries over to: - Fatigue resistance - Transitions - Running after the station - Overall race confidence Who this is for? If you’ve ever thought: “Everything was fine… until that station.” This is for you. It is also going to consist of quick add-on drills that you can add to your current program no problem! February 👀 February will be the first Station Challenge. I already got the stations you struggle with in a previous post last week so we will announce the first station soon! Why we’re doing this? HYROX isn’t about being good at everything, it's about not falling apart at the wrong moment. This challenge is about fixing the exact moments that cost you time, places and confidence. This has been in the works for a long time. The Engine Program is officially live and it’s built for one simple reason: Most athletes don’t fail because they’re weak ...they fail because their engine can’t support their strength. This program is for you if: • Running falls apart under fatigue • Machines spike your heart rate faster than they should • You train hard, but your conditioning doesn’t translate on race day Inside the Engine Program you’ll find: • Structured running across Zone 2, threshold, and VO₂ • Targeted row + ski erg engine work • One weekly HYROX-style compromised running session • RPE-based pacing so the work actually fits you This isn’t random conditioning...it's not “just do more cardio.” It’s a system to build an engine that supports your racing, not one that breaks it.
