🚨 Introducing: The HYROX Station Challenge
Hey Guys...there is something new coming to skool this Feb...
Each month inside Hybrid Racer, we will:
  • Pick ONE HYROX station
  • Spend a full month training it properly
  • Build from test → progress → retest
No random workouts
No junk volume
No guessing
Just a structured progression designed to make that station feel manageable on race day.
How it works:
  • You start with a baseline test
  • You train the station through daily posted sessions in the classroom
  • You finish with a retest
  • Leaderboard updated monthly
This isn’t just about getting better at the station.
It carries over to:
  • Fatigue resistance
  • Transitions
  • Running after the station
  • Overall race confidence

It is also going to consist of quick add-on drills that you can add to your current program no problem!

February will be the first Station Challenge. I already got the stations you struggle with in a previous post last week so we will announce the first station soon!
Why we’re doing this?
HYROX isn’t about being good at everything, it's about not falling apart at the wrong moment.
This challenge is about fixing the exact moments that cost you time, places and confidence.
