The use of varied speeds within the programming has been great, it’s helped me understand pacing on a deeper level and given me real insight into my body’s potential. Today’s recovery run before speeding was enjoyable. Is this recommended as an approach for a Hyrox, asking another average pace is where I want it to be ?
