Truely guys that video call was one of the most knowledge packed things I have listened to. Maybe due to it being so specific, but also with the examples of progression that people can achieve. Thanks for answering my question, you interpreted it correctly and that helped. Also thanks for explaining the full purpose of the blocks and the cycles, the really helped me to realise that i am actually meant to be feeling the fatigue on given days, as I thought that was me failing and not being ready to do the volume. It’s comforting knowing that is the intention and that as it progresses I will adapt. Also knowing the purpose of each of the weekly runs and how they fit together is really helpful too.
