You’re welcome in advance… 6 tbsp of low fat shredded mozz cheese However many pickle slices you want (I did 4) 4 oz deli turkey thick cut Dijon mustard, salt & pepper - Calories: ~245 - Protein: ~37g - Carbs: ~5g - Fat: ~7g Air fry or oven bake the mozz cheese w pickles @ 400 for 10-12 minutes let it cool (or not, I honestly don’t), put your turkey on it, some mustard & wrap that bad boy like a taco. Eating healthy doesn’t have to be difficult and doesn’t have to taste like trash. Let’s get it 🥹👏🏼💥

🍓 HIGH PROTEIN DESSERT THAT ACTUALLY HITS YOUR MACROS 👀💪🏽
Yall…I was really wanting something sweet tonight and I knew that I was getting close to reaching my Macro targets…so I tried something new and it was SO YUMMY! If you’ve been struggling with sweet cravings at night or feel like you “need something” after dinner… this is for you 👇🏽 You don’t need to cut out desserts — you just need to be intentional with what you’re choosing. 🍓High-Protein Jello Mousse (You can modify if you are looking for something lighter by omitting the protein powder, using 1 cup of yogurt and adding 2 tbsp heavy whipping cream - just make sure you get the correct macros) Ingredients: - 1 package sugar-free Jell-O - 1 cup boiling water - 1 cup cold water - 1.5 cups fat-free plain Greek yogurt - 1 scoop vanilla protein powder - 1 tsp vanilla (optional) Instructions: 1. Dissolve Jell-O in 1 cup boiling water 2. Add 1 cup cold water + let cool slightly 3. Mix yogurt + protein powder 4. Combine everything + mix well 5. Chill 2–4 hours 🍓Full Batch Macros - Calories: ~270–300 - Protein: 35–40g 🔥 - Carbs: ~10–12g - Fat: ~0–2g
