Why I LOVE Check-Ins 🤍
Check-ins are not about being perfect… they’re about staying in motion. Without check-ins, it’s easy to fall off… and then stay off. Days turn into weeks, and before you know it, you feel like you’re starting over again. But check-ins? They interrupt that cycle. They create awareness. They create accountability. They keep you moving forward, even if it’s just one small step. Because forward motion doesn’t mean everything is perfect… It just means you didn’t quit. Even if your week wasn’t “great” Even if you feel off track Even if all you have is a weight and one small win… That still counts. That’s stewardship. 🤍 You don’t fall off when you stay connected. You grow. You adjust. You keep going. So if you’ve been hesitating to check in… This is your reminder: Show up anyway.

🍓 HIGH PROTEIN DESSERT THAT ACTUALLY HITS YOUR MACROS 👀💪🏽
Yall…I was really wanting something sweet tonight and I knew that I was getting close to reaching my Macro targets…so I tried something new and it was SO YUMMY! If you’ve been struggling with sweet cravings at night or feel like you “need something” after dinner… this is for you 👇🏽 You don’t need to cut out desserts — you just need to be intentional with what you’re choosing. 🍓High-Protein Jello Mousse (You can modify if you are looking for something lighter by omitting the protein powder, using 1 cup of yogurt and adding 2 tbsp heavy whipping cream - just make sure you get the correct macros) Ingredients: - 1 package sugar-free Jell-O - 1 cup boiling water - 1 cup cold water - 1.5 cups fat-free plain Greek yogurt - 1 scoop vanilla protein powder - 1 tsp vanilla (optional) Instructions: 1. Dissolve Jell-O in 1 cup boiling water 2. Add 1 cup cold water + let cool slightly 3. Mix yogurt + protein powder 4. Combine everything + mix well 5. Chill 2–4 hours 🍓Full Batch Macros - Calories: ~270–300 - Protein: 35–40g 🔥 - Carbs: ~10–12g - Fat: ~0–2g

Reflecting on the past couple of months, I have seen God’s faithfulness all throughout my journey. I don’t take this process lightly, I’m becoming who God created me to be. I have learned how to love myself, be gentle and give myself grace. It has taken mindset shifts and discipline I have never experienced before. So many thought patterns have come up as I do the work to better myself inside and out. But God is faithful. He has corrected me, encouraged me and strengthened me to push past moments when I wanted to quit. I desire that my whole being would glorify the Lord and testify of His goodness. HUGE shoutout to my coach Leah . She has been the best coach and an answered prayer. I’m so grateful for all the moments of encouragement, knowledge and support. I could not do it without you Leah!!💖

It’s choosing to be honest about where you are—without shame, without excuses, just truth. From there, it’s not about doing everything perfectly… it’s about taking small, consistent steps toward your goals while learning to steward your temple well. When your mindset shifts to stewardship, everything changes. You don’t let one bad meal turn into a bad week. You don’t let one off day turn into a lost month. You don’t stop showing up just because it wasn’t perfect. Because stewardship isn’t perfection— it’s accountability. It’s owning your choices, both good and bad, and still deciding: 👉 “I’m going to keep going.” This isn’t just a “health era” or a temporary season. This is a lifestyle. A lifelong commitment to steward what God has given you—your body, your mind, and your spirit. Let’s walk this out one step at a time. 💪✨
