Don’t quit before you see results‼️
It’s okay that you’re still figuring it out. Learning how to track. Learning how to lift. Learning how to hit your steps. Learning how to be consistent. That’s part of the process. Whoever told you that you should stop because “you’re not even trying” — lied. If you’re showing up imperfectly… that’s a win. If you’re tracking inconsistently but still logging… that’s a win. If you’re getting some workouts in instead of none… that’s a win. Why stop now? That’s such a backwards mindset. Consistency isn’t built by quitting — it’s built by continuing. Find the wins.
