Grab a lean protein, some veggies, jasmine rice (or cauliflower rice for lower carbs), and throw a lil sauce on it🤌🏽 Here’s a quick recipe that’s high protein/low fat😋 Lemon Herb Chicken & Veggie Bowl Serves 1 420 cal Protein: 50g Carbs: 38g Fat: 6g Ingredients: • 6 oz chicken breast, sliced thin • 1 cup zucchini, chopped • 1 cup cherry tomatoes • ½ cup white rice (dry) — sub cauliflower rice to cut carbs • 1 lemon • 1 tsp olive oil • Garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt & pepper Instructions: 1. Season chicken with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt & pepper 2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high — cook chicken 5-6 min per side until done 3. Remove chicken, toss zucchini and tomatoes in the same pan for 4-5 min 4. Cook rice according to package (or microwave cauliflower rice — 3 min) 5.
