It’s been really good! I’ve been doing my daily walks with the pups and getting back into my workout routine. Starting a new workouts and looking to find a better gym! The scale has been going down so excited about it and can’t wait to lean out even more with muscle, I want to try new high protein/ low cal meal preps !! Need to get back on logging my foods
