Hey guys! When I signed up for a 7-day free trial no where did it ask for payment info. I don’t see anywhere to do that on the HHA page. Does anyone know hat I need to do? I don’t want to lose access to this group, I’m really enjoying it and getting a lot of benefits from it. I appreciate any help!

i see you have added weight to your daily exercises. With my shoulder pain do you think I could do them without the weights or the band? If so I want to start going a few times a week. Pain permitted.

Hello all. Does anyone here have any experience with Corticosteroid shots? My niece was over here this afternoon helping out her ailing aunt and uncle (because we have no children & she is an angel) and she was telling me about them. I’m having severe nerve pain in my lower back/spine (I still don’t understand the difference between “back” and “spine”). I’d love to hear from all of you if you have experience with these shots. I’ve still got at least 4 or 5 more physio appointments but I’m not seeing any improvement yet.

With the new Community Tabs, I tried to fit this into one of them, but I think my question today just fits into the “Questions” section. Subject to unforeseen occurrences, and your possible Vacation Holidays, will the Daily Workouts/Stretching Classes and the Accountability Sessions continue throughout the summer? Or will they break for July and August?
