Garlic & ginger
Well I upgraded my breakfast food and added garlic and ginger to my banana and 2 kiwi's. Hopefully keep the vampires away 👌💪♥️

@Brittney Neunzig Well, I applaud your faith in your members in general and with me in particular. But I think if you saw me in person these days you might feel differently. I can barely walk 100 feet and I’m not supposed to use much weight on my right shoulder due to the pin in it from a surgery 52 years ago. My left arm and shoulder I can push more. So maybe. I gotta go look at something I saw about being tasered as I am having that several times per day at the base of my spine. Scary pain.

@Brittney Neunzig I more-or-less followed your advice today for my food and drink choices. And I ate one of my kiwis for breakfast. I did my physio exercises twice today. I’ll phone my doctor tomorrow afternoon. I look forward to your Workout Class in 14 hours.
Been Busy
Sorry I've missed the workouts this week (and will miss accountability today). I've been recovering after a long concert weekend - my win for the week! I'm also preparing for surgery on Monday so just a busy week. My goal for the next week is to keep my protein intake up and keep practicing good mental health habits. Here's a couple pictures from our concert.

@Brittney Neunzig I’m learning stuff here. Does a person do hip stretches; sorta like your morning leg stretches? By the way, thanks for teaching us the “cat-cow” stretches as the first exercise, as those help my current issue and I do them several times per day every day.
Corticosteroid Shots?
Hello all. Does anyone here have any experience with Corticosteroid shots? My niece was over here this afternoon helping out her ailing aunt and uncle (because we have no children & she is an angel) and she was telling me about them. I’m having severe nerve pain in my lower back/spine (I still don’t understand the difference between “back” and “spine”). I’d love to hear from all of you if you have experience with these shots. I’ve still got at least 4 or 5 more physio appointments but I’m not seeing any improvement yet.

@Brittney Neunzig I’m going to try it. One time, Debbie was told that she would be limited to 3 of these shots, but then when we hit 65 years of age, they dropped that limitation - apparently we aren’t likely to live forever. I’m certainly not accustomed to pain like this. Debbie is afraid to hug me as she thinks she will cause me to blurt out even more 4-letter words. I’m calling my doctor on Monday. You know Brittney, I have always tried to take your advice as I trust you a lot.
Lymphodima
Does anyone else suffer with lymphodima? Picture on the left is last night with calves swollen, right leg which is my bad leg and on the right this morning. Usually pass 1000ml of urine during the night. It was a lot worst December 2024 but after wearing compression stockings I managed to get it under control to where I am now.
