2 glass water and 2 dates 1 orange and 1 small pakora and 1tbspoon macroni salad
Before dinner 1 glass coriander water
Dinner
100g boiled rice with 1 medium bowl daal 1 shami and salad and 1 glass water
Before sleep 1 egg and 1 cup dhood
Total water intake approx 7 glass
Yogaa 20 min after 2 hours of sheri
And walk after dinner 10 min
Meditation 10 min
Deep breathing 10 min
Affirmation and gratitude before sleep and in morning
