Not 500 ml but I had water before breakfast
Breakfast was moong daal chilla and chai
Fruit intake mid morning
Lunch is salad and fish
Dinner is chappati and salan chicken and Pakoria mix
CHECKLIST :
Steps 4k and exercise 7 mins
Protein in breakfast ✅
Gratitude ✅Im grateful for what im capable of doing today
I’m grateful for my family
Changes I noticed is I’m trying my best to be consistent with this new journey of fitness and it’s a big win for me ;for example : taking tiny steps towards health self is my achievement
Water intake not enough but I did what I can
