B1 Med ball Chest Pass: 2x5
Rest 15 seconds
B2 Med ball Scoop Toss: 2x5
Rest 15 seconds
B3 Med ball Rotational Toss: 2x5 each
Rest 15 seconds
B4 Med ball Rotational Slam: 2x5 each
Rest 60 seconds
C1 Viking Press: 5x10 65%
Rest 15 seconds
C2 Pendlay Row: 5x10 65%
Rest 1 minute
D1 DB bench press: 2 minutes non stop x2 @20rm
Rest 2 minutes
E1 Lat pulldown: 3x20 RIR 1
Rest 15 seconds
E2 DB Side Raise: 3x20 RIR 1
Rest 15 seconds
E3 Dips: 3x20
Rest 45 seconds RIR 1
