Yes folk, I’m back. Having too much fun on vacations that don’t want to end. Anyway, back in the gym for some serious workout. I’m going to start doing some cardio work on my rest days. Gonna try 15 minute spin bike. Let me know your thoughts or suggestions. I started noticing that I was getting stronger and bigger , but my cardio is not where I’d like it to be. It’s not bad for almost 70 year of age, but it could be better.
