Finishing up week 2 of studying for the CSCS cert and it’s allowing me to look deeper intro training modalities. With a background in tactical training, I’m starting to see how limit some soldiers are when it comes to training with biomechanics in mind.
Perfect example is change of direction after single box drop. As complicated as it may seem, jumping out of a vehicle (dismount) and getting into cover with full kit is the transferable skill delivered from the change of direction jump.
Took the uniform off but still have love for it🫡
