God First - Becoming obedient before just doing for the sake of doing. Build structure that’s flexible and stay the course
Deep Work over Busy Work - Focused efforts lead to high rewards. Keep the main thing - the main thing.
Learning Precedes Teaching - Be a student that is guided then become the guide
Revenue Protected NOT Chased - stay focused on the mission do not be shifted away by other “shiny objects”.
Training Serves Formation NOT Ego - We train for a better position, increased virtue not for vanity or pride.
Silence is Scheduled - Do not be afraid
